Women’s League Fri Feb 1st

Hola Chicas,

This week we will be a 4 Lady Team Format counting 2 Low Nets on Odd Holes only!  Carole and Mary Lou will be the Captains this week.

Congratulations to last week’s winner’s on our Individual Low Gross, Low Net  format.  There were 3 Handicap Groups (0-19, 20 -29, 30 +).  0 – 19 Sharon Low Gross, Carole Low Net ; 20 -29 Rosalie Low Gross, Mary Low Net; 30 + Kim Parr Low Gross, Kathy Low Net.  Long Drives in each Group: Janet (1), Diane & Lisa (2), Rosa (3).  Chip Ins were won by Lisa & Kim.  Well Done, Ladies!!

Sign up for the Two Lady Team Competition with Flamingos joining us will continue this Friday.

Ladies who have signed up so far are for Fri:  Mimi. Mary Lou, Rosie, Linda G, Janice, Linda A, Sue M, Lucie, Meredith, Leanne, Vivian, Janet, Carole, Lisa, Louise F, Kathy.  Please check your calendar if your name is not here.  We have a new month now!

Game time is 9:00, meeting time is 8:45.  Cost is 50 pesos for the game and 20 pesos for skills (optional).

Men’s Mixer – Wednesday, January 30th, 2019

Hola El Tigre Golfers,

The game for this Wednesday will be a two person game in which each team will record one score (the best net score) for each hole. Please record both gross scores and net scores for all players on your two person team and add up your team’s score for each hole, the front nine, the back nine and total 18 hole score.  Also, please remember to circle any “deuces” on your scorecard, repair any ball marks and divot holes and rake out any footprints in the bunkers.

Women’s League Fri Feb 25th

Hola Chicas,

This week we will be playing an Individual Format with Low Net and Low Gross scores for each flight.  Carole and Vivian are the Captains.

On Friday Feb 8th Flamingos Ladies will be joining us for our Two Lady Team Format.  Members will be able to sign up for this event starting this Friday.  You can pick your own partner or sign up as a single and you will be assigned a partner for the event.  Partners’ handicaps must be 10 or fewer strokes apart.  A choice of menu items will follow this event.

Congratulations to the winner’s of the 4 Lady Team 2 Low Net  event called Rightie – Leftie – Sharon, Linda A, Louise F, Rosalie.  Skill winner’s were  KP # 6  – Meredith, KP # 12- Rosalie, Lowest Putts Back 9 – Vivian & Janet with 15.

Men’s Mixer – Wednesday, January 23rd

The game for this Wednesday will be the red, white and blue game whereby each foursome will use one ball (net scores) for all red pins, two balls for all white pins and three balls for all blue pins. Please record both gross scores and net scores for all players on your scorecard and add up your team’s score for each hole, the front nine, the back nine and total 18 hole score, using the scoring format described above. Couples golf January 20th

Hola amigos,

The game this week will be teams of four using three best ball nets on par 5s, two on par 3s and par 4s.  Gerard will host this week’s event.
