Hola El Tigre Golfers,

This Wednesday we will be playing a four-person team best ball game using Stableford scoring. Each team will need to record three best ball net scores for all holes. The assignment of points is as follows; 1 point for all net bogeys, 2 points for all net pars, 3 points for all net birdies, 5 points for all net eagles and 7 points for all net double eagles. Please record the gross and net score for all players on your team and also the net best ball team score for each hole and provide summary scores for the front 9, the back 9 and the total 18-hole score. Also, please circle all gross deuces (2’s) on your scorecard and remember to repair all divots and rake out any bunkers.

Similar to last week’s situation, it will not be possible to have our last informal Men’s League season event take place this Wednesday (October 26th) because of a pre-scheduled tournament event. Steve was able to provide us with an option of playing this Friday (October 28th) at our normal start time (9:00 AM), however all players will need to start on the back nine. In light of this change, I have added a new calendar box for this Friday. If you are interested in playing this Friday, please sign up using this calendar box. If you are one of the players that have already signed up for the 26th, and you are able to play on the 28th, please go back to the calendar and uncheck your calendar entry for the 26th and check the calendar for Friday the 28th.
