Ladies League-Friday, January 24, 2025

This Friday will be a 4-LADY TEAM event wherein all teams will play a SCRAMBLE format on Holes 1 – 9 and a 2 Best Balls Net format on Holes 10 – 18.  Cost is $100 pesos and correct change is greatly appreciated.  Rules sheet will be provided on the day.

PLEASE NOTE: Again we have a large number of players currently registered & you must pay your fee immediately upon arrival prior to finding your cart & getting ready for the game. Given the number of players, please make every effort to arrive earlier than your normal arrival time & be prepared to be on your assigned Hole at 8:55 a.m. or earlier.

If you are currently registered to play for the date in question and circumstances change, wherein you’re unable to, you MUST remove yourself from your “Calendar” BEFORE THURSDAY JANUARY 23rd at 8:00 a.m. This will also free up space for those who may be waitlisted and want to play. The weekly cut-off period for the 2024-2025 Ladies League season is Thursdays at 8:00 a.m. & NO CHANGES are permitted after this time. This will greatly assist those of us who organize the weekly games.

Men’s Mixer – Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025

Hola El Tigre Golfers,

This Wednesday we will be playing a four-person Waltz team game. All teams will need to record one best ball net score on hole # 1, two best ball net scores on hole #2, three best ball net scores on hole # 3, and this pattern (1-2-3, 1-2-3….) will continue for all of the remaining holes. Please record both gross and net scores for all players on your team and provide summaries for the front nine, the back nine and the total 18 holes. Also, make sure you circle any gross deuce (2) on your scorecard for any player that had a natural birdie an any of the par 3 holes.

Reminder: Please make sure that you repair any of your divots and also rake out from any bunker that you may have entered.

Couples golf Sunday January 19th

Hola todos,

This week we’ll play a 4 men scramble using a minimum of 4 drives of each player.

Shut gun is at 10:00, but please be ready for  9:45 for our little gattering before the game.

The cost is a 100 pesos per couples and the maximum handicap per player is 36.

All teams will need to record three best ball net scores for each hole.  Points will be awarded as follows: 1 point for a net bogie, 2 points for a net par, 3 points for a net birdie, 5 points for a net eagle and 7 points for a net double eagle. Please record both gross and net scores for all players on your team and provide summaries for the front nine, the back nine and the total 18 holes. Also, make sure you circle any gross deuce (2) on your scorecard for any player that had a natural birdie an any of the par 3 holes.

LADIES LEAGUE CALENDAR OPENS FRIDAY JANUARY 10th AT 5:00 P.M. FOR REGISTRATION ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7th. THE CALENDAR WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR THIS DATE THROUGH TO THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 6th @ 8:00 A.M. AT WHICH TIME IT WILL CLOSE. BE SURE TO REGISTER TODAY TO SECURE YOUR SPOT FOR THE GAME. ALL CHANGES ARE AUTOMATICALLY SAVED. FURTHER DETAILS REGARDING THE FORMAT AND ANY OTHER NECESSARY INFORMATION WILL BE PUBLISHED CLOSER TO GAME DAY.
