Men’s Mixer – Wednesday, March 10th, 2021

Hola El Tigre Golfers,

This Wednesday we will be playing a two person “scramble” team game. Normal scramble rules will apply with some additional caveats. Each team member will tee off and each team will then decide which ball to play for their second shot. This pattern will continue until the hole is finished. Several modifications have been made to the game to help ensure fairness amongst the teams, including: 1) All teams will be balanced based on player’s handicaps, 2) All teams will need to play off of the white/gold combination tee boxes, 3) Each team will be required to use a minimum of four drives and/or tee shots, from each team player, during the 18 hole event. For scoring purposes each team will only need to record one score for each hole and provide a summary score for the front 9, the back 9 and the total 18 hole score. Don’t forget to circle all gross deuces (2’s) on your scorecard and please repair all divots.

Reminder Concerning Men’s League play policy – To follow, is a policy statement concerning men’s league play eligibility for any newly arriving members from the US or Canada. Please note that the policy has changed as a result of a vote that was taken by the Men’s league members on January 7th, 2021. Agreement was reached by the members that no newly arriving member would be permitted to play in any Men’s league event during the first seven days, after the completion of international or domestic air travel. We thank you for your understanding and support.

Good luck to all golfers!

Hola El Tigre Golfers,

Only two net best balls will be required for all “white” pins. Please record both gross and net scores for all players on all holes and provide team scoring summaries, for the front 9, the back 9 and the total 18 hole score.
