Ladies League – Improved Change to Registration Update

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

When logging into the Ladies League Calendar to register, and it says full 44/44 (# of spots the league has). There will appear an “ASTERISK” by the number. Click on the Asterisk and a screen will pop up and ask if you would like to be “WAITLISTED” for the date of play in question. If you click yes, it will automaticly safe your response. The Asterisk then becomes “@” symbol. Should an opening occur before the Thursday morning cut-off @ 8:00 a.m., the system will automaticly generate an e-mail to everyone on the waitlist. The empty spot will be taken by the first player who signs in after receiving the e-mail and secures the spot. All remaining players will continue to be waitlisted and have another opportunity should an opening occur before the scheduled cut-off time.

Calendar Open-Ladies League

Please be advised that the 2024-2025 Ladies League Calendar opens today, Friday October 11th at 5:00 p.m. for registration for play on Friday, November 8, 2024.  The calendar will remain open for this date ONLY through to Thursday, November 7th @ 8:00 a.m. at which time it will close.

Be sure to register today to secure your spot for the Season Opener and remember to “SAVE” your changes.  Further details regarding the format and any other necessary information will be published closer to the opening of the 2024-2025 season.

REMINDER – Ladies League

REMINDER

The calendar will open on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. for registration for play on Friday, November 8, 2024.  The calendar will remain open for the November 8th game until Thursday, November 7th at 8:00 a.m.

Ladies League Season Finale – Friday, April 12, 2024

This week we play in 4-LADY TEAMS and the format will be“PINK BALL SHAMBLE“.  Two (2) lowest total gross scores less the total handicaps for those 2 gross scores to equal total net score.  One pink ball per foursome.  Only those teams that finish 18 holes with original pink ball are considered for possible winnings.  Cost is $100 pesos including Skills.  Correct change is always greatly appreciated.

Our resident Pro, Hector will be providing his weekly golf tip at 8:40 a.m. followed by the names of your cart mates & your starting hole number & any other information deemed necessary. SHOTGUN START @9:00 A.M. SHARP & WE DO NOT WAIT.

PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE START TIME & PLEASE PAY YOUR REGISTRATION FEE IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL prior to readying yourself for the game.  We are expected to be on our starting holes at 8:55 a.m.

If you wish to play, please make sure to update your calendar & “SAVE” the changes BEFORE Thursday, APRIL 11th @ 2:00 p.m.  This is the cut-off period & no changes will be permitted after this time.  And off course, should you choose not play and have registered in the past for the date specified above, again please CANCEL your calendar and “SAVE” the changes before Thursdays’ deadline.  This will greatly assist those of us who organize the weekly games.

REMEMBER LADIES, ANY CHANGES THAT YOU MAKE TO YOUR “CALENDAR” MUST BE SAVED, OTHERWISE THEY ARE LOST!
