LADIES LEAGUE- Friday, January 6, 2023

This Friday we will be playing a 4-LADY “WALTZ” TEAM game where all teams will need to use 1 best ball net score for Hole #1, 2 best ball net scores on Hole #2, 3 best ball net scores on Hole #3, and then repeat this pattern for all 18 holes. Please provide gross and net scores for all players on your team and also provide team summary scores for the front nine, the back nine and the total 18-hole score. Game is $50 pesos and the Skills are $20 pesos.  Correct change is greatly appreciated.  Please remember to repair your divots and rake out any bunkers.

Again for those who would like to try and improve their game, Hector will be providing a weekly golf tip at 8:45 a.m. This will be followed by the names of your cart mates and your starting hole number.  Shotgun start @ 9:00 a.m. sharp.

If you wish to play, please be sure to UPDATE your calendar and “SAVE” the changes  BEFORE Thursday, January 5th @ 3:00 p.m.  This is the cut-off period and NO changes will be permitted after this time.  And off course, should you choose not play and have registered in the past for the date specified above, again please CANCEL to update your calendar and “SAVE” the changes before Thursdays’ deadline.  This will greatly assist those of us who organize the weekly games.

Men’s Mixer – Wednesday, January 4th, 2023

Hola El Tigre Golfers,

This Wednesday we will be playing a four-person “waltz” team game where all teams will need to use one best ball net score for hole 1, two best ball net scores on hole 2, three best ball net scores on hole 3, and this pattern will continue for all 18 holes. Please provide gross and net scores for all players on your team and also provide team summary scores for the front nine, the back nine and the total 18-hole score. Lastly, please circle all gross deuces (2’s) on your scorecard and remember to repair all divots and rake out any bunkers.

Since we are now starting a new month (and a new year), please make sure that you update your calendars accordingly.

Also, if you have not already done so, please make sure that you sign up to play in the Gringo Classic event, that will be played on Tuesday, February 28th and Wednesday, March 1st. A recent post was sent out by Alan Bayliss that provides all the details concerning this much cherished annual event.

Please provide gross & net scores for all players on your team & also provide team summary scores for the front nine, the back nine & the total 18-hole score. REMINDER:  TORNEO DE GEMAS LADIES GOLF TOURNAMENT—If you wish to play and have not already done so, please make sure that you register for this tournament scheduled for Friday, March 17, 2023.  A recent post was sent out by Francine and further details regarding this tournament will be provided once same becomes available.
